How Teleport Ride Ships

  • Built to order. Teleport Ride is normally not available in stock. Every bike is hand built to your exact specifications under strict supervision and quality control. This craftsmanship limits total output and limits supply—and it’s how we ensure long-term reliability.
  • Pre-order ETA. Your estimated delivery window is shown at checkout based on your configuration and current production queue.
  • Proactive updates. We’ll email monthly updates (at minimum) showing your order’s progress and manufacturing steps, from frame prep to final QC.
  • We’re here, anytime. Have a question about timing? Email hello@teleportride.com and we’ll reply with your latest status and the best current delivery estimate.
  • Delays, if any. We do our absolute best to meet your shipping estimate. If anything changes, we’ll notify you immediately with a revised timeline.

Where We Ship

  • United States: All 50 states.
  • Canada: All provinces.
  • International: We do not ship outside North America at this time.

Shipping Method & Cost

  • Carrier: UPS Ground (bikes ship ground due to lithium battery regulations).
  • Rate: Shipping starts at $159 per bike. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout based on destination and order contents.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address & Delivery

  • Accuracy matters: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes are easiest before shipment; reroutes after pickup may incur carrier fees.
  • Signature: Teleport may require a signature on delivery for security on high-value items.
  • Tracking alerts: Use your UPS tracking link for delivery day options and notifications.

On Arrival

  • Inspect first. Keep all packaging and inspect the box on delivery. If you see damage, note it with the driver (if possible) and email photos to us right away.
  • Report window: Please report shipping damage within 5 days of delivery so we can file a prompt carrier claim and get you rolling.

Split Shipments

Accessories may ship separately and can arrive before or after your bike. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss transfer upon carrier delivery scan at your address (or upon signed delivery if a signature is required).
